Honoring the Fallen. Beneath the bustle of the holiday traffic is a profound, deeply rooted sense of reverence. We live in a region that places immense value on community, heritage, and service. This holiday isn't just a three-day weekend for our mountain towns; it is a solemn promise to remember.

The Georgia National Cemetery (Canton)
While technically sitting on the edge of the mountains in Cherokee County, you cannot talk about honoring our fallen service members without mentioning the Georgia National Cemetery in Canton.
